Wild Card!

Hello Beautiful people!

Wow! I have been lucky enough to be chosen as a wild card pick for model 'fest at JCNY this week! I got this hot new blue polka dot dress from Leezu - one of my fav designers! Matches well with the blue gems on my JCNY jewellery!! Yay!!

House of Beningborough

Hello Beautiful people! I have been slack I know in updating this blog!! Please forgive me!
Anyways I was lucky enough to be picked as a runway model for House of Beningborough for week 2! How exciting!!

You should really go see the designs created by Bliss, they are colourful, daring and exciting! If you want to stand out in a crowd you should wear her outfits! I have added a pic below of my entry into the competition.

What a week!

So beautiful people I have just spent the last week standing and walking the runway at JCNY as a showcase model! It has been a very interesting week meeting and greeting people, helping customers with a few questions and interacting with the other models on the runway. I met pickachu, a small chicken, a large alien monster and the easter bunny who also decided to visit us models on the runway!

I had a fantastic time and I hope to be chosen to do it again sometime!!

JCNY Showcase

Wow 2 posts so close to each other!! I'm doing well!

After having a nice chat with my friend Jennaa Loire, she convinced me to apply for the Model 'Fest going on at JCNY. I took her advice, took some photos, with the help of anoter good friend Mandy and filled out the application. Then this morning when I woke up I had a note saying congratulations you have been accepted!! I was so excited when I found out!!
Today will be my first day on the runway at Model 'Fest!!

JCNY creates such beautiful jewellry and most of it comes with colour changing options to match your outfit perfectly!! Mandy now owns a beautiful engagement ring from JCNY given to her by her boyfriend Traaxx. He used a proposal animation that you can also purchase from JCNY whichI think its a very sweet as the guy bends down on one knee and holds his heart at the same time holding a JCNY ring box. Mandy couldn't wait to show me the ring - of which another JCNY animation is used to show it off!

ELEGANCE SL Competition

Hey all again!

Well on Monday afternoon I participated in ELEGANCE SL!! It was alot of fun and the models involved in the first group were fabulous! Everyone was so nice to each other and very encouraging as well! Unfortunately I didnt make the top 5 but congratulations to those who did make it! One of my very good friends Jennaa Loire made it - she was spectacular on the runway and she deserves every bit of it! I wish her heaps of luck in the finale!!

I have added some piccies here that a good friend who came to support me at the show took for me.

The theme was Sex & the City - First outfit is a casual outfit suited for gossiping with friends or taking a stroll through central park:

Second Outfit is a formal outfit suited for the opening of a new trendy manthattan club:

What a Surprise!!

Hello All!
And a big HAPPY EASTER!! I had a great weekend - I found out I am going to be in the ELEGANCE of SL competition!! I was gobsmacked when I found out!!!! Its so very exciting for me! And I'm so very nervous too! It will be my first runway show since I graduated from EWING!!

You can come watch the show and all the other great models at the Best of Italian Sim at 1:30pm April 13th Second Life Time! The top 5 contestants chosen by the judges will go on to the finale to determine the overall winner!

Graduation Day!!

So Yesterday I graduated from Ewing Elite Model Academy in a graduation show with two fellow students! Boy was I nervous to walk the runway with people watching!! And then drama unfolded as I crashed on my third run! oh no!! I walked off the edge of the runway, floated over the water, into the audience and off the sim!! oh no!! Quick re-log as fast as you can!! Luckily I managed to re-log, teleport backstage, and do the walk again without missing a turn!! phew!!

A new Pic!

So hello again! I've been busy in my SL life as well as my RL life!! Here is a photo taken by a new friend of mine - and photographer Lya Basevi! She has done such a great job on this pic that I've made it my SL profile pic! She only does photography as a hobby and is building her portfolio. Welcome to my blog! I am Emmerald Clarity, an aspiring Second Life Model and maybe even one day a fashion designer!

I have just begun to explore the rich world of Second Life. The Fashion is unbelievable! I fell in love with it the second I stepped out of Orientation Island! Since that day I have never looked back! I am now a blonde, emerald green-eyed beauty set on a path to be a top model!

This blog will include most importantly my model resume, my adventures (of which I plan on having many) my favourite fashion spots and other things I feel like writing about.
